Our Story

David and Victoria, owners and chief visionaries, founded Lode in 2017 with a mission to give everyone a better way to improve the spaces they live in. As a full-service design / build firm, Lode simplifies a complex and convoluted process and gives certainty on outcomes, price, quality, and time.

Lode’s international partnerships and digital tools have created a way to get that beautiful, high-end quality, for less. Using LiDAR-enabled site surveying, 3D visualization, and quality design standards, overall lead times are reduced by up to 50%, and design and planning time by 80%.
